It has been a busy week here. My Cutting Edge Stencils giveaway is still live! With nine days left, there is time to leave me a comment with your favorite stencil, and follow along on FB and Instagram for a chance to win. Read here for the giveaway details and see how I used the Tribal Arrows stencil in our playroom.

This week I fell in love with this beautiful turquoise dresser by DD's Cottage and Design. Few things in furniture painting & restoration grab at my heart like a natural, stained top on a beautifully painted piece. Especially when the top looks perfectly aged and loved as the one below. The knobs, the delicate stencil, the boxwood wreath...it's just perfect. *sigh*

Lucy chose this rustic storage cupboard from Scavenger Chic. Another great project by Joan! She puts so much work into each piece. This one is barely recognizable from the original.

Carrie selected this Rast hack from Dandelion Patina. Don't we all love a good Rast hack? I wonder if that term has made it into the Oxford Dictionary yet.

Stacy chose this deep navy blue secretary by Thistle Key Lane. Navy blue is such a classic choice.

Nancy picked this stunning turquoise chair from Redo It Yourself Inspirations, which looks like something right out of the Sundance Catalog.

And finally, this gorgeous turquoise bedroom set from Prodigal Pieces was the most-clicked image.

Did you notice a common color this week? Four of the six pieces are in the turquoise family. I guess we love a good dose of turquoise.
